Latitude was one of our favorite AI calves in 2023. His mom is a very good cow from our foundation Marge family. Her pedigree contains 3 generations of our past herd sires: VACA Comrade, Muridale President 29B, and AR Su Lu Brass. His sire, Muridale Thermal Energy, needs little introduction.
We have been using Latitude on heifers and a couple of cows since '24. To date, all calves have all been born unassisted and keep up with all the others. As an added bonus, his DNA came back triple clean and Homozygous polled. We are looking forward to what his calves will do for us in the future.
